When you are in combat, using a potion infuses you with a rush of energy increasing your Weapon and Spell Damage by XYZ for 15 seconds.
The current tooltip does not accurately describe the proc requirements. I should not have to read patch notes to find out how my armor works, especially when the in-game information as to how it works is incorrect. Thanks.

Jake1576✭✭✭✭✭Lol they was worried about just nerfing the set they didn't even care to give it a new description for how clever alchemist will work now really wished they wouldn't of made it work like it is now it ruins it for ganking now I don't really see any good use for the set as it is now better off to just go back to hundings to get some weapon damage for my stamina nightblade0 -
