Why do I keep getting booted!!!

Like it amazes me that I am afk for 2minutes once again to take a *** and they keep booting me off since zos seems so concerned about what Im doing and no they customer service is pathetic they don’t reply to nothing but a automatic email.

Talrol✭✭✭I was farming a delve boss for the skulls and got booted for no reason. I was even talking in my guild officer chat so it was clear that I was at my keyboard.
My guess is that they have some automated reporting system and if enough people claim bot it auto boots you. I was so pissed when it happened to me because I wasn't even afk I was at my keyboard, no warning nothing just all of a sudden a message "you have been booted from the server" and then couldn't get back in for about 15 minutes.
@ZOS_GinaBruno this really does need to be addressed. Just because someone is farming a boss and not socializing with the derelicts that decide to get naked and dance around your toon does not mean that they are botting, there really needs to be some other checks put in place such as a button click in a random location or the requirement to type a specific word in a response dialog or even just checking logs for other activity such as active coherent conversation in any of the players chat.5

BrierTOG✭✭✭hmm i get sometimes eso has stopped working and have to reset my computer other times i just get the eso error message and it keeps around teleporting, moving or crafting. Oh and in pvp. It gets annoying. But not to being afk.0 -
