What type of player grinds your gears the most in eso?

Captain2✭✭✭I'll illustrate an example. A couple of guild mates and myself were playing a veteran dungeon. We were admittedly stuck on a boss but we weren't doing terribly. We just didn't have luck on our side. One of our DPS had to leave and it was late so we had to use the group finder to fill the empty slot.
We then had someone join who proceeded to start ordering the group around, telling me how I should tank (incorrectly, my tank build is a bit different from what he's used to apparently and his strategies wouldn't work for me), Telling the healer they were doing a terrible job and giving them advice as well.
We went from getting the boss down to around 40% health to not even being able to break 80%. The only difference was this guy had joined. Anyway, eventually we got sick of this little Napoleon and booted him.
But yeah, I've run into several similar people in dungeons and they always annoy me to no end.14 -

✭Not quite grind my gears, more like makes me sad, particularly since it's an extremely common sight during the event.
Low/medium and sometimes high CP players approaching world bosses in full exp bonus mode, and standing there casting shards shards shards shards until the boss is down, or holding heavy attack all the way until their ultimate is ready, and then start again. What happens if the boss loses tant for one second and looks at them? They drop dead on the spot.
Guys.... grinding for CP won't make a good player. And I say this in the nicest way I can think of. Take it slowly. Take advice and listen to tips given here and there. A number won't suddenly make more experienced players want to join and take that person through the hardest content. If anything it'll only make them get kicked from the group/dungeon/trial as soon as the first trash pull is gone, because spamming a single ability will immediately tell those who have farmed their CP (or even bought their accounts, who knows) from those who have not.
Bottom line is, players with high CP but an almost complete lack of skill make me feel sad, mostly for them.5 -

yes was leapfrogging trough an delve with other player after I catch up with him, pulled ahead as he was looting containers or bookshelfs. Some guy was doing that to me the other night, and he says "What are you doing?" and I replied "Your mom" and he did the /lol thing about 5 times. Then he jumped around a ton more, and said, 'no really, what are you doing?" and I said fishing. And he thought it was just an animation, not that people actually caught fish. It was kind of funny.
I taught him to fish. Now he'll never go hungry.33 -

RomanCaesar✭✭People who queue as tanks, but are clearly not tanks. At best you just made a mistake, but more often the rest of us have to chase the boss around or be chased around, cannot use our DoTs because you are too special to wait like the rest of us did to DPS.12 -

✭All kinds of people annoy me, the worst are:
1. Dungeon chargers, racing through the dungeon when the rest of party is not ready.
2. Know-it-alls: basically anyone who says "bis" in-game, in relation to the gear/abilities someone else is using. Can't call these people elite, because to me elite players know when the best is needed and when we can be casual about our gameplay.
3. Fake tanks: I can deal with a fake healer, just slot vigor and be cautious. Can't stand fake tanks though cause the battle becomes a complete mess. Sometimes they don't even have taunt.7 -

Yeah this was a common occurrence while I was getting my Master Angler title...It was quite perplexing....1
