So the proper timing looks like: curse > empower > rune > frags, due to rune cage's wonky animation time. yes, but in that case, it wont be used in Pvp. The Goal is to land an Meteor. A stun just to land 1 Frag isnt worth it. Especially since its quite costly.
They should make it much faster.
