Does Mehrunes Dagon have any speaking roles in this game?

When I first played this game, I was incredibly disappointed to find out that he and Clavicus Vile did not have speaking roles during their respective quests in the Admeri Dominion. It was even worse with Dagon, because we enter the Deadlands during that quest. I later found out Clavicus Vile does speak during a quest in Shadowfen, but I still have yet to hear anything from Mehrunes Dagon.

✭Yes, Dagon talks at the very end of City of Ash 1.
Doesn't Clavicus talk to you in Willowgrove or whatever the place with all the atronachs is called? Or is that Barbas?0 -

He does? I’ve done that quest at least 3 times and I’ve never heard him. Maybe I was going to quick and the conversation was interrupted.0
