UnseenCat✭✭✭✭Whip out my banker assistant and watch everyone around me finally realize why they're a good idea after allI farmed a delve for a little while in a group at the beginning. One of us would pull out a banker, another would haul out the merchant and we'd cash out or store whatever we needed to. Sure beats having to pop out of the delve to find one.
Then I got bored and started aggroing enemies just outside the boss room. Sometimes I'd lure them in for the rest of my group to bash on. A few bystanders seemed amused. Might have annoyed a couple others... OK, so t-bagging an innocent statue might have been a little over-the-top... But it beats ten seconds of zerg-flailing-and-the-boss-is-down then having to wait so long for another go at it.
Yeah, it's bad if I get bored -- I'll find trouble to get into. Maybe that's why I like to play a Khajiit...
I moved on to finishing up several quests with decent XP rewards and just randomly running various delves for fun. Plenty of folks out doing the same, so there's likely to be plenty of players to take on even the tougher bosses.
Started Clockwork City, at least until the crowds of everybody going in all at the same time makes it a little hard to get close to NPCs that are part of the quest... I'll probably run around some public dungeons for a while. I'm not trying to max out my character in one sweep, just having fun and treating it as gaining free extra CP.0 -

Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.0 -

Can't imagine anything more boring. I may do the same one twice -- but after that I am off looking for the next dungeon or group boss.
Many are the group monsters who are going un-killed.... the other day a bear in northwestern Glenumbra mopped up the floor with me and a another player repeatedly. We desperately needed ONE more player to join the fight, but d'you think anyone could be bothered? ✭✭✭✭✭OtherI've given up on optimizing skull collection, so i just run random dungeons. on a plus side, i have found that I can in fact solo easier normal dungeons. its not very efficient or quick (my dps is not awesome, and I tend to focus on survival a LOT, but hey, as long as things die, and i don't - it still counts!) but I can do it, at least on my stamblade and magsorc so far. might try stamplar next. finally finished nMA. was about as efficient at it as at normal dungeons solo, at least with later waves. might try the whole "easy waves, zone out, reset" method after testing if my stamplar has what it takes to solo a fungal grotto 1 or something (threw half her skillpoints into crafting so she doesn't have much in a way of passives O_O)
P.S. its kinda ridiculous just how much of a difference CP makes when it comes to ease of solo play. was leveling baby magplar earlier and she was soooo squishy, while hitting like a wet noodle. until I realized that i forgot to distribute her CP outside of getting treasure hunter passive... once I got her cp situated, the difference in her performance was honestly? staggering. pulls that she would nearly die on, just melted while she stayed at mostly full health. so whenever people complain about how easy the game is? my suggestion is.. try leveling without cp. and then imagine that you are new to the game. its still pretty darn hard for new players.

They aren't necessarily noobs. They might just be impatient, or just not care that much about getting huge numbers of skulls.Sit patiently waiting for the boss to respawn while laughing at the noobs that come by, see the boss is dead, and run off.
