Housing function request: day/night option

Just going to throw this out there - but one thing I'd love to see is the option to choose whether it's day or night in our homes. Right now it's completely uncontrollable, and sometimes the decor just looks better in one type of light or the other. Is this even possible? I know it seems small but it would make a huge difference.

Maybe ZOS should just look how Wildstar does it - you can set a skybox, somehow alter the terrain, set ambience sounds/music, change how big or small a furniture is and more.
You can say whatever you want about that game, but the housing they definetly got right.0
