Nope! They didn't include morrowind so it makes sense they wouldn't include cwc

They should change the name from master writ vendor to sub-master writ vendor.

I don't see a problem with having a separate gambling box for newer DLC's that charges significantly more, but to exclude them altogether is pretty bad. Especially given the name of the vendor...

They updated the cost however, making the random blueprints totally pointless, writs sells for 500 gold voucher. old blue plans outside of special ones sells for 2K unless very lucky.

Any chance of getting a reply whether this is a bug or an intended design, and if intended then the name should be changed on the envelope to relay the information that it only drops plans from all updates apart from MW and CWC
