biminirwb17_ESO✭✭✭✭✭It may work if the "bandits" could not flip flags, no taking keeps or resources and every npc was hostile all the time. The only way for bandits to get ap would be from killing players.
I would prefer that all bandits were solo, no group buffs, but that is just a personal preference.
This would ensure that all the players looking for good fights - will get good fights.0 -

No one will play bandit. Only EP ball s-h-i-t-s run everywhere.
