It's not
With morrowind you will start at morrowind as a traveller, and it is only later that you are killed by mannimarco and becomes vestige
Which means morrowind supposely happened before the main quest, before all the content in vanilla and previous dlcs1 -

Also in the main game must include the upcoming spellcrafting for free.0
