16BitForestCat✭✭✭✭✭I've got a ton of Witches Festival stuff from last year up in the guild store for cheap right now (forgot I had it sitting on an alt) and even I would say don't bother buying anything while the event runs.
Other places for pumpkins, none of which count as stealing:
--EP: Sathram Plantation in Stonefalls. Lots of pumpkins, easy to grab without aggroing enemies.
--AD: Reaper's March: east of Senalana, west of Arenthia, and just west of the main road leading to Arenthia, there's a tall tree with a skeleton hanging head-down by a rope. The skelly is reaching for a pile of pumpkins that's usually on the ground below it.
--The Hollow City in Coldharbour. Pretty sure I've snagged pumpkins out of one of the trays in Cicero's grocery store (next to where Zanil Theran spawns) but don't quote me on this, as I'm not in game to check right now.Edited by 16BitForestCat on October 20, 2017 8:55PM—PC/NA, never Steam—

✭✭✭✭✭For the latecomers, there's also one lootable pumpkin outside Olyve's Brewery, to the right of the skull pile. Occasionally there's an instance where it doesn't appear so you might have to relog to grab it.
