Not getting the 2x exp buff when I blow the whistle.

Kind of pissing me off.

My characters on main account all work fine. Second account the toon I am on now, I blew the whistle she got the buff. I go and kill something, the buff disappears and will NOT come back after blowing the whistle again.

No addons.


Start the quest, because this character didn't do it(Last year only need one character per account to do it). Buff shows up. Go back to getting exp, buff disappears AGAIN. And is not coming back when blowing the whistle AGAIN. This does not appear to be a visual bug, I do not believe I am getting the extra exp at all.

    On a side note this character is using Atherial Ambrosia.... The characters that have used Mythical, or no ambrosia have been doing fine.

    After atherial ambrosia wore off, the buff still did not come back even with more whistle blows. So went to put the character back into crafter mode. Reset my skills and boom the buff shows up. Character is an Orc Nightblade.

    Go to dolmen and test character lvl 39, got just under 4k exp. Go to character screen and remove the exp buff... Go to another dolmen, same exp. The buff gave 0%. For reference with Atherial ambrosia I get just about 8k.
