Specifically, with an acomplice, there are a few places in the game where you can average a boss kill every 45 -60 seconds. Not much point to do this normally because the XP isn't that good, and the drops certainly aren't. But, with skulls for the taking? Yeah, that'd be an issue.

It kept me doing something in the game the whole day yesterday and the rng for the hollowjack chapters isn’t ridiculously bad. I think it’s fine as is. Stop doing Dolmens or farming if that’s what you’re doing. I was about ready to bash my head over a wall doing that crap after 50 skulls (which was approximately 100-150 dolmens). Use it as incentive to gather skyshards from delves or complete other activities. Personally, I don’t bother doing achievements for multiple alts. It’s going to get tedious no matter what.
My main issue is not the place I grind for skulls, but the timer that is way too long. 3 minutes makes me lose too much time because once u get to next boss/dolmen/world boss there is already a group that starts the fight at once, resulting in no plunder skull for me. If timer was 2 minutes, I would be half finished on second alt already.
Go use an instance instead. nVMSa, or any normal dungeon will present a nice private boss every 3 minutes with no competition or other players to mess you up.
in my experience a lot if not all the normal dungeons present bosses more often then every 3 minutes, EVEN when you are on a quest.

At 3 minutes between drops, then in perfect runs each character will take 300 minutes of farming to get the achievement for 100 skulls.
5 hours of farming per character on perfect runs.
Something as small as a two minute increase between drops adds more than 3 hours to the total farm time
With that said,
adventuring around on alts and going from delve to delve and dolmen to dolmen rather than farming has a pleasant bonus now
prolly just going to get the achievement on one character

5 hours seems reasonable to me. Ten hours seems reasonable, too. Shrug.
We waited 3 minutes between bosses in Veteran Darkshade Caverns II and Veteran Imperial City Prison, and I still got the speed run Achievements on my alt. It really isn't an unreasonable amount of time.

I've been getting about 2 skulls every 10 minutes and use the Crow Swarm memento to time the cool down. Sometimes someone else comes along before it's ready, but the bosses are close enough, I just help out and go back to the other one.

I see many ppl are ok with 3 minute timers. But let me ask you one thing. How many alts would be possible to get this achievement on during the festivities if you have to wait 3 minutes between each boss fight? They made a fun festival into an absolute chore.

All of them. I remember my significant other clearing the title in less than a day on one of her alts last year, using the Auridon Dolmen Train. Took about six hours, as I recall. With the event going for 10 days, that's more than enough time to get Sun's Dusk Reaper on every character.
