Plunder Skulls and the Witches Brew

Do you have to have the witches brew up to get plunder skulls? And there are two buff's that go with the brew... the xp and the skellie morph. Do both have to be active? Can you cancel the skelly morph?

Loc2262✭✭✭✭✭You get plunder skulls independently from any buff. The whistle activates the XP buff and summons the cauldron. Drinking from the cauldron activates the skeleton polymorph, which can be cancelled in the character windows "Active effects" list (without any side effects).Kind regards,
