Someone mentioned to me there are poisons that can give you resources back never knew about it at all tried looking it up could not find anything on it nor find the alchemy regants to make them.

✭Just use the alchemy reagents you use normally for beneficial potions but use oil eg alcahest for cp150-160 potions. Combining Restore health reagents with oil will do damage on your enemy and restore some of your health. Same with restore magicka etc. Note that combining Ravage Health or Magocka etc ingredients will not give you back resources but i think they do more damage to that stat"If a stick of fish is a fish stick, it will stick like other fish sticks stick"
