Witchs festival achievement issue

I need the achievement but Can't get it because I did it on a different character last year so I Can't access the quest I don't care about double exp or skulls I want the title suns dusk reaper I also want the achievement points

Get the free crow caller from the crown store NOT your collections and try starting the quest that way by using the one in your inventory.

You cant do the same achievements twice over for the same character. All achievements are one and done. If you have another character that hasnt done the festival, then do the achievements on that one. Just because the event is yearly doesnt mean the achievements are repeatable.

Solved the problem just me being stupid i thought it was the whistle memento I had to use and not an item kinda confused me a bit

double check your achievements, if you did the quest last year, it will show up in them, even if you didn't finish the meta, so you can just finish out the rest - edited, nevermind, common problem it seems :P yeah, need to use crown store quest item, rather then memento.
