Hello togehter,

unfortunaly my english is not really good but i try to explain my problem as best as I can.

I got two of the three actual mount´s from crown shop. (wolf and horse)

At the beginng all was ok. The mount were looking pretty nice. I don´t play ESO for long time so i still have to skill my riding speed.... and than it happend.

After setting the speed from 19 to 20% the horse has a bug. The complete animation you normaly have (green shining,Flys wich are flying around the horse, the green hoofprint during riding .... ) is lost, see on attached photo´s.

I tried all to maybe solve the problem: let the char die, change the area, enter and leave a buliding, delete the cache, take out all costumes, change the mount .... nothing helped.

So at the moment I´m a little bit stumped. First I had this problem only on one of my three chars (because the other chars had still a ridding speed less than 20%).

With a second char on wich the animation of the mount is function normally i tried to reproduce this problem. I skilled the riding speed up to 20% and than the bug happend again. Directly after lvling up i had the same problem on this char.

My third char is with the riding speed still less than 20% and i don´t trust to lvl it up.

The situation is very annoying because i payed a lot of money to get this mounts just for there look and now they look crap.

So i hope you understand my problem and i really hope that you can solve it.

I am playing on PS4 european server.
