I don't feel that old...but I recall my first coding attempt involved punching holes in a piece of cardboard and posting it to another person 100km away.

I never had to punch cards, but I worked in JCL linking COBOL programs on the first AS400.
My first home-computer was a Sinclair ZX80, and later an Atari 800XL.
Those were the days....

Interesting, I would guess the average player is in 27-34 group, as with most MMOs (generally high twenties, low thirties). If the answers are honest, then it would seem ESO has much older player base in general (or at least forum dwellers are older in general). I do know some 60-70 players, with few of them being in my guilds, but I didn't realize there is so many of you. I am slowly approaching 40, but it seems I can consider myself a youngster.

I'm 30, and no I don't act my age at all.
Actually impressed how many people voting so far fall into this age category. I would have expected younger with how some of us act.
What I think the young don't realize is the fact that it was those around MY age that created the games/gaming community that got us to this point now, think bout itInteresting, I would guess the average player is in 27-34 group, as with most MMOs (generally high twenties, low thirties).
