I can not see my friends...

Since day when we do party between my friends we see only an arrow. We can not target each other and even after do travel to player, sometimes one can see the other but the other not. What's going on?

✭You are in different Instances. In other words your friends are either ahead or behind your character quest level for the region or area you are in. This happens quite a bit in Coldharbour and other places. Once in Malabal Tor I was grouped with others who had already completed the quest line throughout Malabal Tor but I had not. I still had to free the city folks and could not see them or they see me.

✭✭✭✭✭This is a long known problem. One of my guilds calls it the "gopher". Usually it is fixed by porting to a player in the group who can be seen, of that doesn't work, only relogging will help.
Figuring out who needs to relog requires communication. If nobody can see you, you need to relog. If some can see you and others can't, those who can't need to relog. Sometimes more than one person will need to relog before everyone appears.

✭✭✭✭✭Seconding the above advice. You're in different instances, and you'll need to log out and log back in for the problem to fix itself reliably if traveling to a different zone and then porting to a player in group doesn't help.
There was a very humorous episode with my friend when me and the other max level dps were helping our two friend level in a Vvardenfell public dungeon. I've got the build that can solo public dungeons and the other DPS is considerably squishier. One low level friend and and the other DPS got put in a different instance than me and the other low level friend - but we didn't realize it. Me and my friend kill one boss while the other two wipe to it. "How'd you die? We killed it" ... "No, you didn't kill it, it killed us." ..."Um, we totally killed the boss." My friend and me just cackled and continued on leveling while they got into our instance.1 -
