Sneaking past enemies should be more rewarding.

Just a random thought here, but in all mmos we are so used to receiving gear for killing enemies, yet there is very little reward for sneaking past them other than slight satisfaction. What if you have a sneak bar that slowly fills as you pass enemies, and once it's filled you receive a small chest in the mail filled with gear and/or provisions for your level and some legerdemain experience?

My reward is that I have to kill fewer trash mobs that take up my time and don't give me much loot.0
