Unique items that need to be fixed

First of all I mean Grievous Leeching Ward, unique shield from Leeching Plate set, dropped by Lord Warden in ICP.
It cannot be "stacked" in bank or single character inventory. Many other uniques may be used (eg double wielding Knife of shadows, unique daggers from Viper's Sting set) or put into bank in multiple pieces -why not this shield? I'd like to try this set on my tank, so far been unlucky in farming "ordinary" shield.

Secondly - Hidden Treasure and Crafting Survey maps. I suppose I'm not the only player who, carrying (for example) Cyrodil Treasure Map III in inventory got another Cyrodil Treasure Map III unlocking a chest. Now I have possibility to call my Banker, but previously had to accept several "unlucky" drops.
Probaply other Players can list some more similar uniques...

There are plenty of unique items ingame, that may be stacked in multiple pieces in bank, ZOS please - remove those several "exceptions".

    Um, I don't recall any weapons or armor stacking in the bank.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    well, my english is not perfect - by "stacking" I mean "may be put in multiple pieces" into one char inventory or bank

    I'm pretty sure he means that if there's one shield in the bank, no others can be put in - instead of having a Sturdy, an Infused, a Divines etc. version of it.

    Thanks, I get it now.

    And yeah, I tend to collect a few of each, while waiting for that "perfect" trait. And then hang onto them longer, just in case they re-vamp traits.
