I don't understand the point of a PvP guild that's actively playing on all three alliances at the same time. There's nothing wrong with it, I just don't see the point. Absolutely nothing wrong with changing factions month to month as a guild.
Then again, I don't see the point of a PvP guild with more than 40~ members.

I can mostly name those that don't accept that you play for several alliances, but I believe ZS (Zerg Squad) allows and plays for all alliances. You can find them in Vivec, or in Sotha Sil on few occasions, on PC EU.
We do (brotherhood of bogan - NA ps4)
Just we do our faction runs on separate nights throughout friday, saturday & sunday night. Just to avoid any butthurt from guild members ganking other guildies. (Get the occasional head strong fella, but normally groups to big to do any damage).
Why we've done this? because the guild is focused not on factions but all oceanic players on ps4 NA. Not many things happening in gmt +10/aest time zone. We aim to help and provide access to all content (from trials through the week to pvp through weekends in our timezone)

This. Only honourless players like them would switch factions. Noone likes winning team joiners or night cappers.
