Order completed - but who ordered it?

I take orders for crafted goods. I am on PC EU server.

Yesterday (Sunday) I got an order for some Eternal Hunt armour.

The order is complete but (to cut a long story short) I have lost the name of the person who ordered it.

They have not contacted me.

I need some advice as to the best way to proceed. How can I find this person?

    Friends List? Guild Mate?

    I think there are addon's that let you email all the people on those lists so you can get out a message. Probably the best way really. Unless this was some zone initiated query.

    Wait for them to contact you asking where their stuff is?

    I also use an addon that lets me Reply to emails, so I never take an order without an email, and hopefully some mats and or gold too. Anyway, as long as I don't succumb to the muscle memory and delete the email when I take the attachments, this has stopped me from having the same issue you are. As I speak from experience.
