well, you are not a high elf master race, so youre missing max magicka, magicka recovery, and shock, frost and damage.
get good gear, good rotation, gold weapons, purple armor and jewelry, maelstrom weapons. spell power potions, max alchemy
She only misses the elemental dmg, breton has the same max magicka and cost reduction instead of regen.
What are you currently using, crowqueen?
I have been reading a lot of ESO-related site on how to build my Champion Breton MagiSorc. She is good enough to play in veteran dungeons and I recently scored 6.3k on the DPS skeleton. I was told to hold on to sets like: spinner, nercopotence, worm cult, julianos. I know I have to reset champion points eventually. Any tips are welcome.
To get to:
20k u need: a good rota, buffood, attributes in max mag, nice and easy to get sets in blue or purple quality (trait of MtWhateverest), jewel encs: spelldmg, cp spend somewhere to get the statboosts, passives
25k u need additionally: a well played rota, better gear (purp body parts w/ some good traits, blue jewelery, golden mainhand), some finetuning on sets used and cp allocated
30k: very good rota (not meaning different skills, but becoming better w/ uptimes, anicancel and so on), spellpower potions, finetuned gear <-> cp <-> skills
35k+: perfected rotation (lotsa practise on how to efficiently kill the targetdummy), golden gear w/ perfect traits of <insert fotm here>, perfect racials, perfected max cp loadout.
50k+: an effin awesome healer+tank combo who turn you into a demigod.
Below 20k its just u and your rota. Swapping gear and maxing out cp wont do [snip] for you. A meta-build wont help u if u dont understand or cant execute it.
Regarding sets and magsorc:
Prolly easiest setup to get going is Julianos (crafted), Mothers Sorrow (drops in deshaan) and the Lovermundus. Alterntivly Julianos + Spinner (malabal tor) + Thief give u roughly the same boni. Any set, that does anything for the skills u r using will improve your dmg by 14% to 18%. Differences r really small. The boost u get from wearing 5 light armorpieces enchanted with max magicka and their passives outweights the setboni by far. If you speciallise your rotation, a more specialised set nets u 1 to 4% more dps, that gets intresting when u try to squeeze out the maximum after getting into the 35k dps ranges.
Rotation: Dot -> Dot -> ... -> Dot -> channel/filler -> repeat until execute. Put down as much dots as u can, lightattack inbetween every cast. When all dots placed either spam Forcepulse/Frags (when procced) or heavy attack with a lightningstaff until u need to refresh the dots. Important: Replacing a dot to late is better than replacing to early. Most if not all dots in eso hit harder than a direct dmg attack. If u replace to early, they do less dmg than if u had used a different skill and u use up more magicka. Starting with highest duration to lowest is easiest for most rotas.

Haha, nice troll post
With necro and two pets, inner light and doing only heavy attacks, you should have about 15k dps minimum... add LIquid lightning, force pulse every now and then, Wall of elements and any damage ult - should give you easy 22-25k...
