How to get Khajiit ponder sphere for my kitty?

I saw this furniture on a Guild trader yesterday, looks like that ball of yarn you get in Suran, but not red- it's yellow.
Anyone know how to get it?

    I'm pretty sure I've gotten mine through pick pocketing and stealing. I don't know off who or where I got them though. It's also almost as big as a cat.

    Thank you for the answers. I can only hope my main pocket technician is lucky one day :)

    And yes, both balls of yarn are a bit big for normal kitten, but will be fine for my senche mounts.

    Pickpocketing and/or murdering npcs. I got one from an outlaw in Rivenspire, and I've gotten a couple from npcs in Vivec City.

    The reddish coloured ball:
    is from a quest in Suran (the one with cats in).

    The yellowish coloured ball:
    can be discovered in the pockets of Outlaws and Thieves.

    I have pickpocketed the Khajiit Ponder Sphere many times from the Thief npcs in Vivec city, they are in the dock area around the bank. I haven't yet seen these from an Outlaw.
