As I looked at the vampire skill tree, it is good in its own way, but there is one thing that bothers me.
It only has two Abilities
(Not counting the Ultimate here.)
With only two abilities, you would think a vampire would have more tricks up their sleeves than that right? Which is why I thought of a skill to add to the tree to act as a universal ability that can be used across all classes afflicted with Vampirism.
Vampiric Shroud
*Costs
Magicka to use.
*Using this skill will advance the Vampire Timer by 30 Minutes.
Invoke the Power of Darkness to Shroud you from mortal eyes, Becoming Invisible for 5 Seconds at Rank IV.
- (1st morph) Shroud of Darkness: Invoke the Power of Darkness to Shroud you from mortal eyes, Becoming Invisible for 5 Seconds. While Slotted, Your Stealth Detection Radius While sneaking is reduced by 2 meters. [New Effect: Reduced Magicka Cost & While Slotted, The darkness within Reduces your Stealth Detection Radius by 2 Meters.]
- (2nd Morph) Embrace of Shadows: Embrace the power of Shadows to Shroud you from mortal eyes, Becoming Invisible for 5 Seconds, While Active, your movement speed is increased by 25%. [New effect: Converts to a Stamina Ability that becomes cheaper at Night & Increases your Movement Speed while Stealthed or Invisible by 25% while Slotted.]
the idea here is that because Most vampires in tamriel are well versed in the arts of illusion magic, most vampires can make themselves invisible for the sole purpose of avoiding persecution/execution from religious folk such as the vigilants of stendarr as well as being able to strike from the shadows as well. this idea could make that happen.
Not to mention, for *Cough*Thieves*Cough* on the other hand, they may find crime sprees more manageable with the right setup which could potentially benefit their gold pouches in the long run. As Kari says
"Crime doesn't pay, Isn't that the Dumbest thing you ever heard."
But beware, for Werewolves will be able to Sense these Vampires as well as anything hiding in the shadows with an upgraded passive I just thought of at the time.
Eyes on the Prey (2/2)
(Formerly Pursuit)
- Increase the Radius you can detect sneaking enemies by 12% & While in Werewolf form, Increase Stamina your heavy attacks restore by 50% & Increase the Radius you can detect sneaking enemies by 25%. (This does not stack)
- Increase the Radius you can detect sneaking enemies by 25% & While in Werewolf form, Increases the Stamina your heavy attacks restore by 100% & Increase the Radius you can detect sneaking enemies by 50%. (This does not Stack.)
The idea behind the upgraded werewolf passive is because werewolves themselves Cannot sneak by default, they should actually have a genuine chance of dealing with Stealthed targets, the trick with this is that "Eyes on the Prey" is only Effective while in werewolf form but outside werewolf form, it will only be half as effective. both stealth detection mechanics do not stack with each other, being in werewolf form increases stealth detection radius by 50%, but in turn, it cancels out the 25% detection increase since that one only works outside of werewolf form & vice versa.
because since men & mer alike afflicted with lycanthropy get heightened senses, it becomes harder for sneaking foes to retain the element of surprise without their movement, sound & scent being picked up by those heightened senses to begin with, that is why some say to tread carefully when dealing with Lycanthropes.
Let Both side be heard & Let your voices(comments) be the judge as to whether Lycanthropy & Vampirism can be given a slightly more vital role throughout the Elder Scrolls Universe that anyone & everyone can enjoy using in the long run.(*just corrected a typo.)

If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.
