So i just loaded up the launcher. Seen this pic:
The PONY in the picture is not a mount, it is a pet. Nearly conned me into thinking it was a mount.
@ZOS_GinaBruno - Maybe change the picture to the stag as it is the mount your advertising.

Incorrect.
The Guar's availability is actually 10/12-10/16 and it was one of the items listed in the showcase while the elk and dark pony were not.

Clearly something wrong happened and ZOS made a mistake, but rather than make a nice thread to point that out it was instantly "grr ZOS".
If you've reach a point where literally every mistake ZOS makes no mater how mundane leaves you ready to attack them or start a grr ZOS thread it might pay to step back and take a breath.

At the same time though, a large amount of people really dislike the way they handle and/or create a lot of issues. Therefore when people come across such blatant unarguable mistakes, they like to capitalize on them. Regardless of the results of said mistakes. In all honesty we should just be happy he made a forum post about it, and didn't throw a false advertising lawsuit down... That would be just cold.0 -

You have taken this the wrong way, as it was not my intent. Was a simple mistake to make but it also shows a lack of checking what was done.
I would rather post it so nobody gets caught out in false advertising and tag Gina so it can be fixed than not post it, the tone, you have got wrong. Doing something like this has real world implications and if done by a business operating where i am from they are liable to refund or actually offer what was advertised.
I am just happy they fixed it and hope nobody got caught out by this.1 -

Reading the OP I can't follow you at all. There are no hostile remarks, no "attacks" being made, I see no "grr ZOS" in it. It's actually quite civil. I can't see how you can view it otherwise because it IS actually an informative post. I have no intention of buying these things but before ZOS fixed it I actually had thought both were mounts because of this advertising in the launcher.
