Might as well call it the Holloween Event now.Today is the 13th of Frostfall, known throughout Tamriel as the Witches' Festival when the forces of sorcery and religion clash. Jounin13✭✭✭No actual news but from the pts player friends I have the Witches Festival is suppose to be the same as last year with the same rewards minus the last year's masks are being removed and we're getting 2 new masks (you can see the names in your collections menu right now). It's not official yet but the Witches Festival will probably start on October the 19th since that's when the house that you can buy if you have the Witches Festival Achievement is available.0 -

What does that mean “Serpent 13” ?
I'm no loremaster and this is partly an assumption on my part but, each month in the Tamrielic calendar has an associated constellation. There is a 13th constellation, The Serpent, that is not associated with any month, that "wanders" through the sky. It's possible, and this is where I'm making an assumption, they can attribute these "oddball" days like Fredas the 13th (which "wanders" through the calendar), to The Serpent.
As I said, I'm not a loremaster and can't think of anything in the lore that supports this. Maybe someone who can/does can comment?0 -

Smokinroses✭✭To be honest, it would of been cool to have it start on Friday the 13th. But my biggest disappointment is we're going to be getting same old Motifs, and same food recipes as last year. It would most definitely be cool to get the new masks. But whats the point of re running the same motifs and recipes? Why not change it, it's not hard to do. I wish and hope thats the reason why they post-poned it. It would get me more hyped on this event. I loved how they made the event to beat the big bosses to get loot boxes, I thought it was fun. But for most of us (Pretty much most of Tamerial) who've already have the motifs and recipes from last year are getting screwed. -_- But eh, I guess we'll wait and see, maybe they'll change it so we all get a fair event.. lool Won't hold my breathe.
