I can't find the momento in the crown store to start the quest for the festival, am I miss g something?

    it is just halloween themed limited time stuff today in the store (the pony and the elk) and then the festival starts next week we think.

    yes...you do see a lot of children dress up as ponies and elks during Halloween :)

    Like I said it wasn't very specific in that, the quest didnt start until the week after the festival started. Disappointed.
