Battlegrounds ate my main character?

Yesterday I was playing a battleground match, when suddenly, without any lag or ping spike I got kicked from server with an error message "you got booted".
When I tried to log back to the character I played - game showed error 326 "this character is curently locked". All my othe toons work just fine (except the fact that I had all my best PvP gear on that magblade, so I can't play anymore).
Here is a screenshot of the error message, where you can see my toon stuck in damn Ald Carac. Btw, you see that I don't have any kind of offensive name, I don't use any cheat addons or engines (I don't even run Miat's!), and I wasn't doing anything unsual during that BG match (we were loosing it to a premade in fact).

ZoS, can I please have my character back? I already made 2 support tickets with no response yet, that's why I post it here.
Also, can you please comment why this happened and if it is safe to play BGs?

✭✭✭✭✭If you haven't already submit a support ticket either via the game or the support button at the top left navigation bar on the forums (for desktop version).
They should be able to look into it for you and if required later you'll have a ticket number to share here should ZOS staff ask.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

this happened to me you just have to contact customer support.I got it back btw.0
