Hundings Rage is always a safe bet for stamblades for your crafted set, Night Mother's Gaze is also solid and will help other team mates by doing some penetration - it sort of depends whether you are going for pure damage knowing your tanking and heals are incoming from your team as you would in a trial or running with dungeons with random people where you might want to think about a bit less damage and a bit more survive-ability.

There are some decent overland sets that can pair with either of those if you are looking to get two 5 pc bonuses into your build, and obviously some good drops in trials and dungeons as you do them.

Traits for (medium?) armour in PvE are always going to probably be Divines so you maximise the boost from your Mundus stone choice but using infused on big pieces for extra resources is valid - depends on just how much you want to squeeze that extra few damage out of your build.

To be honest unless you are running in top vet dungeon and trials groups going for fast/perfect clears knowing your build & skills is probably going to get you further than the exact trait you have on all weapons.

What are you doing for jewelry?

You can pair 5 NMG / Hunding with a dropped set like Briarheart. Both jewels and body pieces from that set are common and cheap. Weapons with good traits tend to be expensive though so I recommend crafting the weapons from one of the other sets. Ideally you should run infused dagger main hand precise dagger off hand. Another good set would be Spriggan. It has a named precise dagger from a quest so you can run 3 jewels 1 weapon 1 armor. Spriggan jewels tend to be quite expensive on guild stores though. A good monster set to farm is Kra'gh since the dungeon is easy.
