Interesting New Set Idea (PvP and PvE)

Hello, All!

Was thinking of a really fun set for solo PvE (vMA, Open World etc) and PvP (This should really help everyone complaining about getting zerged down!)! Everyone is always complaining about snares and how there is no cost effective "Purge" for most classes. My idea was to make this set viable, while not being to overpowered -- hence the set bonuses!

So, without further ado....Meet

"Sheogorath's House of Mirrors"

(2 items) Adds 117 Weapon and Spell Damage
(3 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(4 items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
(5 items) Reflect up to 5 snares (not damage portion) to caster. This effect can occur every 12 seconds.

Type: Light, Medium, Heavy
Style: Holojack, or maybe the new spooky set in crown store!?
Traits: Infused, Well-Fitted, Sturdy, Divines, Invigorating (super troll face).
*Necklace and Ring* - Arcane, Robust, Healthy

It could drop from weekly PvP leaderboards (or maybe Battle Ground's so ZoS can make that sweet Morrowind $$$) or maybe from something completely random like a chicken (joking, sort of.) -- that sounds like an idea the mad god would have!

I believe this set would give some really cool build diversity! It lets all classes have a way be snare immune (without shuffle, of course) for a cost, while also giving flat regen so damage could be stacked in the second set.

I don't normally post on the forums so hopefully this sort of stuff is okay!

TL;DR: You reflect snares (not the damage part!) back at the opponent and slow them down instead!

    Too much rage and toxicity would result from the using of that 5 piece. Not to mention the fact that ZOS probably would not be able to make it without 42 bugs attached.

    #1 ... why the hell would you mix stamina and magika on the set?

    #2 ... the reflection idea is too cool ... it would be active about 10 minutes before the little complaining whiners in here (with connections to the useless balance dev) would have it nerfed into oblivion

    Interesting idea. The 2-4 pieces are nothing special and would be par the course for hybrid builds. The 5 piece could use some polish.

    What I mean:
    - when does the 12 second cooldown start?
    - by snares, is ONLY snares or does it inadvertently include roots too?
    - would it reflect snares applied in melee, ranged, or both?
    - depending on the cooldown, the up to 5 snares might be a bit too much.

    Those're what I could think of, so some polish and clarification. Nevertheless, a interesting idea, imo.

    Siege master - heavy armor
    • 2pc - spell resistance
    • 3pc - physical resistance
    • 4pc - crit resistance
    • 5pc - max health
    • 5pc - deal 10% more damage with siege weapons to enemies and structures

    Retaliation - medium armor
    • 2pc - weapon damage
    • 3pc - max stamina
    • 4pc - weapon damage
    • 5pc - when hit by Crowd Control effect, gain 400 weapon damage for 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 30 seconds

    Bounty hunter - medium armor
    • 2pc - crit
    • 3pc - max stamina
    • 4pc - weapon damage
    • 5pc - 200 damage to poison abilities
