directx unsupported at launch?

hey, im new to this whole pc gaming thing. when i launched eso, it said that my directx is unsupported, i tried looking online for old discussions, but didnt find anything. i believe i have the minimum specs.

Your card has no dedicated GPU memory at all. My guess is you're trying to run ESO on a notebook?

yes i guess you can call it a notebook, lol. i dont know much just bought the game hoping it would run on my laptop. so what your saying is, i cant run the game on my laptop since it has no dedicated gpu?0 -

ZOS_BilladminThe graphics in your laptop, an Intel HD Graphics 3000, is below the minimum requirements for running the game. It's also a card that does not support DirectX 11. This is the reason you are getting the error directx is unsupported. Below are the minimum requirements for running ESO.
