    This might be a problem:
"The HD Graphics 3000 has no dedicated memory but shares the Level 3 / LLC Cache with the CPU cores and also part of the main memory."

Your card has no dedicated GPU memory at all. My guess is you're trying to run ESO on a notebook?

That would be my guess, yes. ZOS might have some more insight, can't hurt to ask them directly.

The graphics in your laptop, an Intel HD Graphics 3000, is below the minimum requirements for running the game. It's also a card that does not support DirectX 11. This is the reason you are getting the error directx is unsupported. Below are the minimum requirements for running ESO.

    PC Minimum System Requirements:

    Operating System: Windows 7 32-bit
Processor: Intel® Core i3 540 or AMD A6-3620 or higher
    System RAM: 3GB
Hard Disk Space: 85GB free HDD space
    GPU: Direct X 11.0 compliant video card with 1GB RAM (NVIDIA® GeForce® 460 / AMD Radeon™ 6850) or higher
    Sound: DirectX compatible sound card
    Internet: Internet Broadband Connection
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
