Doing a Race/gender change while a Vampire does not effect your state of Vampirism? I would hat to do this and find out I lost it....

That's not true at all. Only when you cure vamprism or lycanthropy will the skill points not be refunded, but on race change all racial skills will be refunded and can be reasigned to the new racials.
Also does anyone know if when you change race of a vampire character the character creator actually shows the vampire appearance?0 -

Yes it shows the Vamp look in char creator. dont think its a toogle vamp on/off option either.PC0
