From my understanding, if I went in as a lvl 10, 20, 30, ect, my stats all get buffed. So when it comes to gearing my character for pre 50, does putting +hp, mag, stm actually do anything if those stats are buffed?

Just like PvE the more levels you go without improving gear the weaker you become.
I try to improve gear for both non-vet PvE and PvP every 10 levels. That benchmark will differ between players and playstyle. Improving gear at the mat tier levels (16, 26, 36, etc.) seems to be the most convenient since most non-vet gear is crafted.

This, then leveling its important to have gear close to your level, weapons is most important here.You don't get buffed, you get scaled. So yes, stats and armor level do make a difference.
Think gear get more important as you level up too.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -

✭✭✭Also I would change gear every 5-6 lvls stats drop way to hard after that. I go 10, 16, 20, 26, 30, 36, 40, 46
I know weird lvls but this works best for me. I also only play stam dk in low lvl pvp so I use these same sets over and over. Only got to make them once and ur good to go.0 -

Takes me 2 weeks to out lvl pvp about 2-3 hours a day sometimes less.
I think 2k regen is a really nice spot0
