Depends on what I'm doing. My main play sessions running dungeons, pledges, dailies, I make about 20k. But when I'm going all out farming expensive gear sets, or robbing for motifs, those numbers are much higher
When i put my mind to it.. Mainly by farming expensive stuff, right now its BA motifs, got 17 sat in my bank right now that i will offload in the next couple of days, can;t rely on the motifs as such though as the drop rate is pretty pathetic but i get other stuff that i can sell on pretty quickly.. Sharp WM swords go fast at 175k each, 100k for Infused, can't find enough impen belts, hands and feet at 10k each. Also I get some funds for WP gear but don't make near half as much as i am with WM. The rest i just vendor which gives me around 20k per hour.
Lets see, on September 27th, I had 10.9 Million, as of this morning, I had 11.145 Million. So, that's 13 days, carry the 1, about 18K/19K a day.
Sounds about right. If I played the market or farmed for favored gear I could do more, but just shed excess SWAG in the Guild Stores and pocket some gold from the mobs I kill.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I like to slowly liquidate my goods to traders as to not imbalance the market more than it already is. This leads to lower daily average, but more consistent weekly averages.
Used to make 300k-500k a day in 4 trading guilds when working from home and being able to restock every 4-5 hours.
Now with the price drop from mats and undercutters everywhere, it is down to 120-180k per day in 3 trading guilds.
It is possible to earn a lot of gold once you learn the market and you don't even need much time.
But after a certain threshold it just becomes boring.
My advice is to take notes on the History tab of Trading Guild sales for a few. You can clearly see what sells fast and for good price in certain spots.
When I'm farming for about 2-3 hours a day, I make around 100k a day.
I farm on a stamina character with farming gear for increased speed, with all crafts maxed and keen eye passives enabled.
I farm Craglorn and starter zones for raw mats, potion reagents, and nirncrux. I have sufficient bag space to collect everything in nodes, runestones, and chests even though I do not have the ESO+ crafting bag. Then, as long as long as I price my mats at close to MM or TTC prices, items sell pretty fast. I vendor any trash items from chests for extra gold. The exact value of whether its better to sell raw crafting mats or to refine and sell the tempers varies at times.
Important Note #1: I've never managed the mythical 100K in an hour from farming mats and I've tried. Someone would have to get seriously lucky with a gear drop or nirncrux drops in order to hit that number on PC NA.
Important Note #2: If you (generic you) don't have the inventory space to pick up all the enchanting mats from a runestone or all the items from a chest, please just walk on by. Don't cherrypick the nodes. I didn't write this advice for anyone reading it so that you could go and be a jerk. Don't be a jerk. Farm responsibly.
Correction 1-10K perhaps more, I read it as how much do you sell for in guild store.
And it depend, overland brings in way more gold than running dungeons.
I am a little embarrassed to admit it but 1-10k for me a day, my average is really about 3k a day .
On the bright side, at this rate i'll be rich by.....never

I picked 10-50k because I don't really make steady amount of gold per day, it varies.
I mean... I make about 16 - 18k steadily just from doing crafting writs on 4 characters but everything else depends on what I was doing that day and whether I got any nice sellable shinnies. I do tend to make around 300k a week from traders alone, give or take. some weeks its more. some weeks its less. it really does depend on what I was doing in game. if i'm questing and/or dungeoning, its less. if i'm farming - its more. if I'm decorating, i'm in a red :P

dirty worthless casual.
Reputation is what other people know about you. Honor is what you know about yourself. Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the ***
I do not think that a normal player will spend 5 hours a day earning gold. The usual game, with the execution of quests and combing locations, gives 10,000 for 3 hours. But if you specifically earn, theft is very helpful. This is a quick method.
I earn the maximum amount of enjoyment I could possibly make in each and every day I play ESO. oh. . . wait. were you referring to some insignificant imaginary number that represents something so you can feel better about yourself?
But if I do, it's usually around the 3 to 6K range, unless someone bought one of my 10K+ motifs from the gold coast, then yay~ But that's not a daily occurence.
I don't strive just to make gold, fun comes first, so my earnings can seem slow but if I'm having fun who cares? I rather have fun then make more gold, even 500K+
My character is an adventuress, not a merchant. No merchant guilds, doesn't really care about gold. Earns about 5k a day from processing loot picked up in the normal course of exploring/adventuring.
