It's been actually a few months now it when ever that update to forums was but you can't report on mobile as 99% of the time the box is overflowing outside the screen and doesn't allow to tap down.

    Which mobile device are you using, which operating system does it run, and which browser is it running?

    Not that I can resolve the issue, but whomever can will almost certainly need that information to assist you.

    Android seems something if off on the frames as I can't scroll down on the report frame instead it goes to background screen.

    Seems to happen on all devices if the post you're trying to report quotes someone else and/or has a lot of text in general. Happens on iPhone and Android for sure, there was another forumer who has iPhone that reported this as well. Can be tested on mobile by just trying to flag Shadowshire's post above. You can barely see the submit button, and on longer posts you can't see it at all. Scrolling only causes the forum in the background to scroll.
