Getting Hit Twice By The Same Ultimate?

Getting nabbed in Cyrodiil, random Nightblade ganked me off of my horse. Hit me twice with Shooting Star, one Venom Arrow in between.

Sorc got me twice with Dawnbreaker of Smiting, Crystal Frag in between.

I do not have both morphs so I am wondering if the Wiki is wrong?

Are these the only two Ultimate morphs that can hit twice or can all Ultimate's do it and I am just not understanding how to make this happen?

Both ultimates have a one-off direct damage portion of their attack, and a damage over time portion after the initial DD. The kill report lists them separately, which is why you can see it twice, if I remember correctly.

Well, yes.
As you can see, you have direct damage and additional damage.

Shooting Star for example:
1. You hit your enemy with a meteor, dealing x flame damage.
2. After you hit the enemy, the area where the meteor landed gives y flame damage over 10 seconds to everyone who stands there. Therefor you get additional damage.

I looked for a google imagine for better explaining.
As you can see, the direct meteor damage was 5608, the additional damage over time effect (when you stand on the target area) gave 2999 damage.

Same with dawnbreaker.
