✭Anywhere from free to 3.85m or 15k-ish crowns iirc. Crowns can be used to buy any house in the game, yet the lowly gold currency is only allowed to buy certain houses.

✭✭✭✭✭You can buy houses for gold or crowns, if you buy with crowns you also have the option to buy it fully furnished.

Edit: I should also mention that in order to buy with gold you will need to have any relevant achievements unlocked, buying with crowns will bypass any achievement requirements.
