What are the new Clockwork City titles and how do you get them? I don't have access to PTS so I can't check myself. Ty!

    Honestly that isn't that hard to get if you already sub. Thats just a little over 2 years of sub crowns assuming you don't splurge on the crown sales.

    Crowns have to be spent while in clockwork city.
