Hel ra's boring, AA's short and ran a lot for plunder/parses, and SO is just a terrible experience. Maw, though a little shorter than other trials, has interesting mechanics. In the group I'm in who run it, Rakkhat never makes it past the 5th pad.

Only did the craglorn trials. Aetherian archive was great. Love the location. Hel-Ra was alright, but I wasn't too impressed. Sanctum Ophidia is an abomination, I hate it and will never do it again.
Haven't finished it on Vet, yet, but normals are quite a lot of fun. It's all the action and the twin fight mechanic, really nice to watch the battlefield if all goes well and everyone moves like clockwork. Beautiful, really.
I mean, MoL has tons of mechanics and that is why I chose it. It is true that the trial added with Morrowind, HoF, also has mechanics, but unfortunately I have not been able to beat it in veteran level yet.
Between the 3 "basic" trials I would definitely choose Hel Ra Citadel. It is the very first one we ever attempter with my guild, but I also like it because it is shorter.
I have not been able to try the newest one on the PTS (I don't have friends there ) but we will definitely try it once it launches.
Maw has the most interesting mechanics and is the most visually appealing to me. It's the only one I really find fun.
