We play at the same times a lot so let me know what you need. Just out of curiosity, what dungeon were you in?
No game is worth having a heart attack over. Dying in the game is not a serious thing. Just revive and keep trying.
Anyway, I am happy to help out so pm me when I am ingame.
Those are endgame guides and builds. None of those apply while you're leveling to CP160, so don't get hung up on any one of those.***_allard wrote: »And, most of what is suggested you cannot get until you are level 50 / 160. The monster stuff, I think they are called.

Well, It is hard to say. From the different articles that I have read online differ slightly from one another. ESO says that I need to do this, but I hear different from other players. Plus, the armor and staffs are only good for 10 levels. And, most of what is suggested you cannot get until you are level 50 / 160. The monster stuff, I think they are called.
Most people that I have chatted will suggest Julianos Armor, for gloves, boots, Chest, and legs,---medium armor. Shoulders, Necropoternce, light; Necklace, Necropotence. Head All of which should be divines / Magicka. Helm, light
Molag Kena has been suggested. All the armor is to be enchanted for Magicka.
Rings should be Willpower | Arcane | Spell Damage. While a couple has suggested inferno for both staffs | sharpened | Damage. However, I like the shock staffs, personally.
Then there is the question of how best to place your Champion Points---when some have been replaced or omitted. Case in point, The Tower | Magician. It no longer exists. And, from what I have heard every time a new DLC comes out it changes again.
What I really need is a high rate of DPS and wards or whatever to keep me from getting one-shotted. If you can make that stuff, I would appreciate it. But, I cannot pay you or trade anything of value to you. Still, I appreciate you contacting me. Thank you.

Like i said, join a guild that welcomes new and low level players. You will find plenty of people willing to help you with your build, skill selection and gear.
A nice set of blue crafted gear will last you 10 levels and won't cost much and there's usually always someone in those guilds willing to help you out with that.

I know, but I cannot keep asking people to make stuff for me ever ten levels that I cannot afford or reciprocate. I was telling one of the guys in the guild that I now belong that I was having a hard time knowing where to put the stupid points. He says, "Well, you learn by doing, ***." I like the guy very much but that wasn't helpful. That isn't keeping me alive now in the present. I just don't understand any of it, to be honest. And, one thing I know is that I cannot multitask. I get busy watching the monitor, to see where the enemy is while mashing keys on my keyboard and making mistakes. Like in the middle of fighting I invariably will hit Windows key and the game goes black. I cannot look at the screen and the keyboard at the same time. Even when I am in single-player games I do the same darn thing.
As for the dungeon that I was in today, it was the one with all of the beetles and spiders. I have an extreme case of short-term memory loss. I am lucky that I can still remember my own name. Thanks for your support. It is much appreciated.

Ok i'd probably manage the colour of the enemy 'tells' to a bright pink. Makes life easier. Then i'd work out if you are suffering from damage issues, health issues or sustain issues.
If you find that you are running super low on health, then get some healing skills and enchant your gear with health. Then allow yourself to buy the time to basically 'tank' the encounter. It'll take a while but you'll survive.
If you find playing the game tricky because of skill choice, i'd recommend getting 2 heal skills on the bar (both mag and stam) and using AOE skills to whittle the enemy down. Not ideal because it's very very slow, but perhaps what you need to move forwards.
edit: typo

You should try playing with an xbox controller. For us old folks, it is much easier than the keyboard.
