Horse, Foot & Boat Racing

I know racing has been talked about over the years in forums for it can happen although the backdraft of ideas and brainstorming thoughts can be so difficult to make something so simple from paper to 3D engineering formula solving for the boat race event and the format to few or more mazes.
If we ever had a race event in Tamriel I would like to see three modes: race by foot race by horse race by boat, also a mode that boats go in a maze too. And some of the races will be like a Death Race Obstacle Course for those of you who would like to be challenged in some way or form out of your element of play style. Like bad weather conditions for boats with wrap waves and storm to test you and the group of competitors that are against you. For foot racing, you are challenged with booby traps of all sorts and monsters and beasts that can grab you if you don't pay attention and also enemy players that can use certain items to slow down your progress of finishing the race. And now horse racing put the two events together of foot racing & boat racing of different climates and conditions booby traps too and you got a race.

besides...if you want a race you can race lizards, frogs, do Spikeball in Reaper's March
a long time ago we even had to race against a naked Reguard...but they scrapped that one0 -

That's the problem they put things that are not interesting to players of the community especially for those in the community that's looking for a challenge or a new adventure typesetting, some who's really interested in seeing a lizard & frog racing, instead when you could be in the race.

✭✭✭✭✭There's a footrace at the start of the questline in Eastmarch. There's also a race in the Rift at Shor's Stone, and a race in Auridon as part of an endurance test for the Veiled Heritance. I think there's also a race in Shadowfen that's a secret test of character.
I hated those races on a heavy armor MagDK tank. They were much easier on a stamina character.0 -

✭✭✭✭I'm sorry but I would be hard-pressed to come up with an activity that would be more boring/less competitive than the act of racing on a game like this.
However, if it would get ZOS to fix the irritating issue of our mounts slowing down drastically when traversing non-flat terrain then I would be all for it.1 -

that type of style of foot racing is like a joke to me it good but boring at the same time it's okay to go against NPC's but I rather go against a group of players that is competitive and do not play around.0
