    Vigor is your best bet.

Draining Shot (Scatter Shot morph) heals for a bit.

Agony will be changing to a self-heal soon. The heal is weak on Stam build, but at least it costs nothing to use.
Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.

If you're new to the game, "Vigor" is a great self-heal for stamina characters that you can only get by doing Player-Versus-Player in Cyrodiil. It takes a couple days of doing PvP to get it, usually (depending on how much you're able to play each day).

I just thought I'd explain it so you didn't have to look it up, since sometimes people assume new players know what Vigor is.

The skill doesn't work quite as well with magicka-based characters, since it scales off stamina. Since bows scale off stamina, too, I'm going to assume you're a stamina character.

Killer's Blade (morph of Assassin's blade) is a heal, but has to be done at close range.
The morphs of Strife, Soul Shred and Siphoning Strikes all do heals, too. Strife is a good one to have. The Swallow Soul morph of Strife is a pretty good heal, and is used by a lot of nightblades. All of these can be used with bows, since they don't depend on any particular weapon ability.

You would also want caltrops with an bow build, this require even higher assault skill but is wort it.
Just join an zerg group running around taking keeps.

Vigor is an real group heal to so can be nice to have on bar in dungeons if healer is down or can not use skills like in fungal grotto 2.
The other skills give you health back then doing damage or enemy dies, this makes vigor not needed for overland content except perhaps soloing dolmens and some harder quest bosses.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
