What's the official (lore) name of the Aldmeri Dominion ground forces (equivalent to US Army)?

Those were just the Auridon Marines. The general army is just basically the Dominion Army.
Then there's the Talons, who are basically special forces under the command of Battlereeve Urcelmo, and the Eyes are Military Intelligence.
I wouldn't even categorize the Eyes as military intelligence. They're just, straight up, an intelligence service.5 -

I was hoping they had an Army equivalent. What good is naming a yellow, PvP guild "Dominion Navy"?

But as to your question. I do see what you mean, but I do have an idea. Could role play a little bit. Say your ship got sunk, near Imperial City. But Um, the Dominion Navy came in 2ND Era. According to screenshot.
Wait, I did some more digging around. Elder Scrolls Online takes place in 2ND Era? I been missing a lot of stuff late lol. So the Dominion

✭✭As far as I can tell, the name of the military as a whole is still just the military. Various subgroups have different names, example the Auridon Marines or the Eagle's Talons. Honestly, if you're looking for a name for a PvP guild based in the Dominion, you can have fun with the name. From my experience in the Army, most companies, platoons, everyone chooses a name for themselves (101st airborne aka Screaming Eagles as an example) and I can definitely see this apply to fantasy armies as well.
Have fun with it, I would recommend picking a location and specialty or picking a creature that has an affinity for the specialty of the unit. On PS4 NA, I'm recruiting for a Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, 5-Star General, 4-Star Generals, Colonels, Staff Sergeants, Specialists, and Privates. Message me for invite.
