ZOS's Stance on Limited Time Availability of IRL ESO Collector Items?

Many ESO enthusiasts like myself missed out on the opportunity to purchase/obtain limited runs of ESO merchandise available over the years. These items are not typically offered in the bethesda store but are clearly geared for the ESO fanbase. Unfortunately, I have not been able to been able to get my hands on some of these items in particular the Hero's Guide because I was generally unaware of them, late to the party or unable to attend the big events. I imagine a decent portion of people on these forums would be interested in these goods if they were released again or opened to the ESO fanbase.

Will there be another opportunity to purchase/obtain these items aside form 3rd party resellers? or is all hope lost?

the hero's books they produced 10k of the books where they said it was a limited amount, so a my guess is no on that product. But who knows.

From what I could gather they either sold out the first 10k in fall of 2014 and discounted the remainder in summer 2015 or they manufactured another run of the books.

For what it's worth, I would love to get my hands on a copy of the Hero's Guide... as a re-issue.
