Guess I should have explain it clearer...I was in the middle of something so I skip the story

In the end of the scalet judge quest you are sent to a kwama mine to kill a woman. However, the quest is bugged and the woman won't spawn after she is killed, so there was like 9 of us in scarlet judge costume waiting...and waiting...

Eventually we form a team and decide to all go out and back, so the place is reset after no player is in there. And then we finally get to kill her together and finished the quest. Took us about an hour.

It's way better if you experienced it yourself
