If a friend buys the Ebony Motif book from the Master Writ merchant, is it able to be traded to me or is the motif book itself BoP? Hoping someone knows the answer for this definitively... thanks!

    Sorry i don't know a detinate answer but ive seen people selling it on guild store and as far as i know the master writ merchant is the only way to get it so i'm 90% sure its not bop.

    It can be traded / sold, anything on the voucher vendor is BoE except for the gambling patterns which when you open them become BoE.

    Has not bought them after the price increase but earlier they was not bound and I sold many of them.

    Only bound before you open, then the rng pattern is still sellable
