How would you sustain?

With cowards (2x recov bonuses), 1-piece bloodspawn (1x recov), stam-recov mundus, lava soup, and recov jewellery I barely have enough in no-CP (for cp I'd get away with switching maybe 1 jewl for dmg - 2 at a push)

Although, I guess I'm not running a sustain-y race with mine (imperial)

1x nirnhoned vma 2h (double dot poisons) front bar, 1x cowards infused sword (berserker) + impen cowards shield back bar. 3x coward jewlery (1 regen 2 damage), 5x impen bone pirate (tri glyphs big pieces stam small) on body, 2x heavy bloodspawn or slime craw (impen). Redguard/lover mundus (pen)/dubious/5 med 2 heavy/tripots.

This setup hits 4k weapon damage flat with the back bat enchant proc, which can have 100% uptime if you weave it in. On top of that if you use a great sword+ slime craw you'll end up with around 45% crit, 2k SR front/2.4k back (no pot), 37k stam from 38.2k back, and +13% flat damage bonus. POTL back bar/no repent. Hits like a truck, sustains well and allows for tri pots to be used while maintaining high maneuverability. Very good for open world and bgs, not as good as the meta (ravager/bone/slime) or blood in 1v1 situations.
