Hybrid build---vamp or werewolf, help me choose

so I run 2 kena, 5 pelinal and 4 morag tong, 5medium1heavy1light armor, imperial templar
Bascially make it viable by boost the hell out of weapon damage, and use attribute and enchant to make up the stats.

The question is, should I go with vampire or werewolf?
Vampire has damage reduction at low health, both mag&stam regen, but a wasted health regen and 25% weakness to fire.

Werewolf has stam regen, close-range attack/survive that I lack (1bar restro and 1bar bow atm, tho cost me an ult slot),
but is weakness to poison. (Can anyone tell me how much percentag damage is taken exactly btw?)

I do both pve and pvp, and I want to able to use my char as healer in pve (vet dungeon level), so vamp mag regen is indeed useful.
However poison damage is indeed easier to fix with champion point than fire in my opinion, considering it also provides physical damage reduction, which is useful in both pve and pvp. (while fire is also commonly used in both, the portion of stam players in pvp is also big)

Also health regen can be useful in pvp situation....so...I really donno :|

I kinda want to try out werewolf but I do lack the information here...

Is the poison weakness only about poison damage? Does it mean that poisons that do not deal damage means the same as everyone else? And how much more poison damage is dealt on ww?
How useful WW can be in pvp? In my imagination seeing someone using bow and restro to heal and damage in a range suddenly rush to you and transform is kinda unexpected and cool, but again I'm no pro.
If I use templar abilites and restro heavy attack to save up my magicka, will it be able to make up the 10% mag regen if I decide not to go vamp?
Is my theory about cp making up fire/poison damage correct?

So many questions need answers, please help :#

With 5 pelinal ? Definitely Werewolf. Especially in PvP. You have extra + 18% weapon dmg buff in ww form (Savage Strength passive) and with pelinal that means it is also + 18% spell dmg. So you should technically have enormous good healing (Hircine's Bounty skill scales off with max magicka & spell dmg).

I am not entirely sure but for WW heavy armour could potentially be better. And you need to also have some good spell critical (for even grater healing).

On one note - weapon skills passives don't carry over to WW form. I am not sure about the armour passives but I think they do....

So for PvP werewolf it is probably best to use One-Handed and Shield (because weapon passives don carry over to ww form) and shield gives some extra armour.

To be honest I was planning to do almost exactly same build on my NB (I crafted pelinal but still need to upgrade it and re-spec my CP) with only one difference:
use 1 pcs kena & 1 pcs Slimecraw (for extra weapon & spell critical). And stack as much weapon dmg as possible....

WW all the way, plus there's more fire then there is poison, and you need a good melee fallback with your weapon of choices there so WW is good choice.
    Hoping for more playable races

Yeah my build basically dropped the crit entirely...so hard to keep it good enough to compete with pure build.

One hand and shield is interesting idea....however with this build I kinda doubt if it can survive close range long enough to make the shield worth it, without transform of course..

but we shall see :) if the build prove to be good at survival and somehow can be a tank in pve by sustaining itself, one hand and shield won't be too bad :)
